Registration Information

Early Inclusive Registration fees are $195.00. The one-day registration fee for Thursday, January 29 is $100.00; the one-day registration fee for Friday, January 30 is $120 (includes the Speaker's Lunch). Early registration fees will be accepted until January 1, 2004. Cancellation requests received by January 1, 2004, will be refunded in full. Cancellation requests received after January 1, 2004, will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds made after January 22, 2004.

What the Inclusive Registration gives meeting registrants:

1. A ticket to the Welcome Reception
2. Speaker's Lunch on Friday

One-day Registration includes:

Thursday:	Continental breakfast and all breaks
Friday:	Continental breakfast, all breaks and lunch

Tickets for the Roundtables Lunch and for the Suspects Mystery Theater Dinner are not included in the registration fees and must be purchased separately. Both of these events will be held on Thursday, January 29. The Suspects Mystery Theater dinner menu changes seasonally. Details about menu offerings will be available at the Hospitality Desk in January at the meeting. Guest tickets are available for the Welcome Reception and the Suspects Mystery Theater. Indicate how many are needed in the "Guest Tickets" box on the registration form.

Wednesday, January 28:	4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, January 29:	7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, January 30:	7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 31:	7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
